Shawnigan Lake Deserves Experienced Leadership.
This fall, Netta Bos is running to serve as the next CVRD Area B Director because she believes our community deserves experienced, accountable leadership that delivers results.
For more than 30 years, Netta has worked alongside businesses, local governments, Indigenous communities, non-profit organizations, and residents to solve problems, build partnerships, and make responsible decisions. She understands that strong communities are built through listening, collaboration, and practical action.
Shawnigan Lake is at a crossroads. As our community grows, we need leadership that will protect what makes this place special while planning responsibly for the future. That means responsible financial management, meaningful public engagement, environmental stewardship, and infrastructure that keeps pace with our needs.
But there is still important work ahead.
Netta is committed to bringing experience, transparency, and accountability back to local government. She will work tirelessly to ensure residents have a strong voice in the decisions that affect their families, neighbourhoods, and future.
Over the coming weeks, our campaign will be reaching out across the community to share Netta’s vision, listen to your priorities, and invite you to be part of building a stronger Shawnigan Lake.
Netta Bos has spent her career helping communities and businesses move forward through thoughtful leadership, sound governance, and practical solutions. Now she’s ready to put that experience to work for Area B.
Together, we can build a stronger future for Shawnigan Lake.
